Oh yeah...I forgot the reason I came back to this thread when I saw PP's post.

That was to update with the information about Quartet's release, which turned out to be a (barely) expanded King Solomon's Mines. Though it only went out of print earlier this year, it is currently fetching high prices on the secondhand market so this was a very worthy reissue, now with Goldsmith's original album arrangement as a bonus and some crossfades removed (and thus, a few seconds of more music).

I'm happy about it but like others somewhat disappointed because they promoted it as being a Goldsmith "expansion" when it's really rather a stretch to describe it that way, at least compared with the previous Prometheus and Intrada issues, both of which featured the complete score.

Still, their new artwork looks great and their booklet will surely be superior since it features John Takis track-by-track liner notes!
