I've known his name for almost as long as I've been collecting film music ... say 50 years ... but I can't say I've found a score of his to rate. A theme here or there, of course, but the only score I presently own from his works is Kaleidoscope (1966) ... not one I'm bothered about.
Apart from this score, I have numerous recordings of his Cavatina (from The Walking Stick (1970)) and my daughter chose this as one of the tunes to be played at her wedding 
Otherwise, I have Matt Monro's 1975 single release of the song All the Wishing in the World from the score to The Wilby Conspiracy (lyric by Don Black) ... I don't recall the song but it's not of the calibre of Mr. Monro's other film songs, IMHO.
As for Caravan to Vaccarès (1974) mentioned above, I watched the film again last September and commented on the score as:
Music by Stanley Myers: a wonderful main/end title theme ... otherwise dreadful. Not just bad ... but truly awful, removing the sense of any danger or action.
Also, just recalled ... in April 19 I watched Conduct Unbecoming (1975) and commented:
As for Stanley Myers' music score ... the less said the better: an uninteresting military theme to open the picture and a few poorly orchestrated (or was that synthesized?) pieces at intervals. Very weak.
Obviously, I need to hear more of his work!

Speaking of John Williams, the guitarist, Myers arranged and composed several tunes for two contemporary albums in the 70s--Changes and Travelling.
Changes from 1971 is a fantastic album, playing like a full-length work despite the different composers. This contains the first recorded version of "Cavatina." It has been released on CD. Tracks from Travelling have been CD released on a Williams compilation.
If you're interested in the Myers/Williams collaboration there is an interview with John Williams for Soundtrack Magazine that can be found on-line that I conducted about 20 years ago.

Myers also did arrangements for a film score by The Kinks called Percy. On CD.

Among his rare LPs is The Next One, released only in Greece. But it's out there to get.

Pollyanna, I love Otley and still have the original album I bought back in 1970 at a head shop called Post Bellum in the now infamous St. Louis suburb of Ferguson. I also bought there--hiding among the bean bags and drug paraphernalia--Jazz Suite on the Mass Texts by Paul Horn/composed by Lalo Schifrin.
Otley is one of the wittiest, most pleasant, most unheard soundtrack from the swingin' 60s. I wish more folks on these threads knew of it. I think of Otley fitting in somewhere with Goldsmith's Sebastian and Barry's The Knack.

Another note about Otley.
Though this is a comedy score, it is this score that prompted the film's producer Bruce Cohn Curtis to suggest Myers to Bryan Forbes for Raging Moon, definitely not a comedy. Curtis produced Raging Moon and may have big-footed Forbes on composer choice or perhaps John Barry was unavailable--or both. At any rate, Raging Moon is a top tier score.
