Deux heures moins le quart...was a huge hit in France in the 80's but it's a very "French comedy". People outside France may not be familiar with this movie. Anyway the music is filled with parody, but also "serious" music in a Miklos Rozsa's style, very beautiful melodies and some nice pop tunes especially "Homosexualis discothecus" with its nervous arrangements by Raymond Alessandrini and good bass playing by Jannick Top.
The two scores by Bacalov give a good idea of his style. Incisive writing with melancholic tunes ! Le transfuge is completely unreleased and Le Juge was expanded a little.

The way you changed the thread title makes it sound like this is already out of print. I'd suggest changing it to "Going OOP" rather than "Out of Print" when that doesn't happen until next month.
