Guy Farley will re-unite with italian director Giacomo Campiotti to score his take on the story of Mary Magdalene. The movie, simply called MARIA, is currently in production and the shooting takes place in Tunisia. MARIA will be the second collaboration between Guy Farley and Giacomo Campiotti after TV-movie L'AMORE E LA GUERRA.
Guy has completed the score ealier this year and the movie aired in Italy and you can watch the whole thing on YouTube - unfortunately in its original italian only, of course.
But some truly beautiful music there - check for example first part around 4:10 and minute later or around 19:20 and especially finale. I hope to have some samples available soon.
