Both - but not at the same time.

Typical working day:
First cup of the day - tea (between 8.45 and 9.15am)
Second cup of the day - coffee (between 11 and 11.30am)
Third cup of the day - either, according to how I feel (say 3pm, give or take)

Occasionally a redbush tea late afternoon if I'm working late (common at this time of year).

Call yourself a tea and coffee drinker? That's pathetic smile

My typical day is:
1st tea: 5:30
2nd tea: 7:00
1st coffee 10:00
2nd coffee 11:30
3rd tea 13:00
4th tea 15:00
3rd coffee 16:00
5th tea 18:00
6th tea 19:30
4th coffee 21:00
7th tea 22:00

So, Doug - are you still with us, or has that appalling over-indulgence finally caught up with you? smile

I'm down to one coffee a day now. My late morning one has morphed into an early afternoon one, and I don't generally squeeze in another.

Okay, I have to amend my "never, ever" as far as cream in coffee goes, as I just dumped a bit in an iced coffee I just made with some unloved Colombian roast coffee I have around. It makes a much better iced coffee than it does served hot. Totally different flavor. Strange. But delicious.

Which do you like better or do you like neither?

None. Both are acidifying for the organism.

Well, it is a bit nutty.

Coffee at any time.

My favorite is Peet's coffee. I love the Peet's "House Blend" K-cup. I also buy espresso grind coffee for my weekly lattes on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Additionally, I love Cafe du Monde's chicory coffee.

For tea:

I like it iced with no sugar (or, just a bit after it's brewed to cut any bitterness...but not to sweeten it).

I'm very fond of Tetley for brewing iced tea.
