On the back of FSM's The Great Santini is a logo for what I assume is a new WaterTower division... that of WaterTower Classics. Is it too early to speculate? Does this mean unreleased WB scores are now possible (again)?
Just asking. I'm certainly thankful for the bounty of wonderful releases that we have; I am merely curious.
Batman was my first thought as well when I saw that logo -- it certainly looks as if Warner premieres (as opposed to expansions which never stopped) are available again, as long as WaterTower branding is there on the packaging. I suspect it's probably also a different deal financially now, and notice that the back cover doesn't credit a producer of the album as it usually does...perhaps another requirement of the deal.
I assumed that the Watertower/Warner releases were possible again once LLL released the DC Showcase (WaterTower released several of the DC animated features in the meantime)
Hello people, I use this topic because I wanted to ask you about WaterTower releases on CD-R.
I have one of them "Argo" and although I am very happy with that release, I must confess I had avoid to buy some stuff because they were released just as cd-r. I am thinking on wonderful scores like "The 33" or "Extremely Loud and Incredible Close".
So, I wanted to ask you about these pressed cd-r. Do they really spoil and damage with time as Verbatim or whatever brand do? Thanks for help on this issue.

I own several of the WaterTower cd-rs and I have never had any problems. The oldest WaterTower cd-rs I own are Jablonsky's Nightmare on Elm Street, Green Lantern, and Clash of the Titans and they all play perfectly.
