I signed off of my Zooba account and when I went to get back on, I couldn't. Forgot my password or for some reason the password I was always using didn't work.
I've been emailing administration to help me get back on as Zooba, but have not gotten any response.
Anyway, my cousin who is visiting me for a couple of months was always a lurker to the boards and I finally talked him into getting on the boards.
May I introduce you all to
Dai Bando
the name he has chosen.
I created this account for him and he has graciously let me post here until I can get back on as Zooba.
If I can't get back on as Zooba, I will continue to share posting with Dai Bando.
He actually doesn't like to post a lot and would rather hang low.
I'll let you know when it's me and if there is no reference to Zooba, you know it is Dai Bando.
Hopefully we can get this back to normal and I can return to posting as Zooba.
Anyway, I have been itching to share more stuff with you all on youtube and so now may I present a link to music from:
"A Score without Strings" from the BRACKEN'S WORLD TV Episode (1971)
The BRACKEN'S WORLD Episode Music I share is fascinating
as the Episode deals with a young composer assigned to score a film for CENTURY PICTURES.
Interestingly the composer's name is Jerry and he actually resembles the younger Jerry Goldsmith of the Early 70's when he sported that "Mod" bearded goatee look.
Actor Jim McMullen (below) as composer Jerry Stavis:
How cool for Goldsmith to actually score a episode with a score within a score.

When I started to visit FSM board I was living in Stockholm (because I was studying film theory back then). Back then I used the internet alias Toby The Swede. However when it was time for me to move back to the small village of Skene (an hour drive from Gothenburg) I discovered that I could not get back on FSM as Toby The Swede so I created another account under the name Tobias and have been posting under that name for some years now. I don`t remember if I e-mailed FSM about not being able to go back to the other username, I might have done it or I didn`t, can`t remember.
So Zooba, I feel for you I been there, done that so welcome to the club.
Welcome back i was wondering what happen to you, i am sure all of us are.Bracken's world, what memories.
Zoob here,
Thanks Dan the Man,
for your kind words!
My biggest regret about The Glass Teat/The Other Glass Teat is that Harlan Ellison never got to write the column he promised to do giving Bracken's World a kicking (the series was cancelled before he could do so).

I googled Ellison and BRACKEN'S WORLD and this came up:
Harlan Ellison said of "Bracken's World," "It has the evil fascination of rotting fruit. And smells about the same."
