And when you put that LLL address in at Google Maps and do Street View, there's nothing but a tiny "24 Hour Mailbox Rental." So that must basically be the address for a PO Box or something, but without a PO Box number? Their actual office must be elsewhere.
Already tried that in fact I have tried calling each day this week, no answer.
E-Mails have not been answered either, guess they are pretty busy with this months releases.
Sorry about that.
I've never read anything about folks visiting La-La Land on these pages, so don't know if there's someone you can physically see to make purchases or not.
Of course, if you're ever in Northern Virginia, make sure you contact the folks at SAE...they seem to enjoy visitors (with advance notice).
I know a few months ago when The Danny Elfman Box set was released Jeff Bond and staff did an unboxing with photos etc and I swore in a couple of shots you could see outside and it looks like Glenoaks Blvd. :-D

How long did you wait? I contact LLL, Lukas, Roger - they always answer quickly (day maximum)... ps I must specify that best way to contact Roger - Intrada's forum private message. It's strange, but my letters to Intrada never receive to them (I subscribe to their mail-list and don't have any message since June 2009). But PM always receives quickly.
None of the labels have brick and mortar stores anymore. A store that has regular composer signings in Burbank (with a very big one coming up) is Dark Delicacies at www.darkdel.com
I am not sure Intrada has a store in Burbank, I know there are some CD signings once in awhile at Dark Delicacies which is in Burbank.
I though that Intrada was located up in Oakland, ask Ron he might know.
Yes...Oakland...not a storefront...offices from which lovely CDs are shipped.
Yep. Intrada has an office space in Oakland, up in the Montclair area where they do their business. They're very cool about letting people drop by pick up CDs at their office, as long as you call in advance to see if it's okay.

I knew that was true in their old Oakland location (which was right above my gym). I've not visited the new location.

Those photos were taken inside Richard Kraft's office, and LLL didn't release the Elfman box.
I was at Intrada's store on Vallejo Rd years ago (1998).
VERY small place (about the size of my bedroom). But if you think about it, it makes sense- They kept a great representative inventory of everything they had on display and even that's not going to fill up a typical record store size. It's rare (and a treat) to walk into a store like that and they will be missed. But I don't blame them from going bye-bye in this day and age.
