Saw this fan made video of an opening credit sequence for X-MEN: FIRST CLASS and it reminded me of the 90s X-MEN animated series which i used to follow. A nice Kronos Quartet like rendition of the score is used.
Actually, the show finally got released just within the last couple of years (properly, following a single compilation release several years ago). The entire series is split up over five volumes and there are no special features of any kind, but I'm just glad Disney finally made it available.
As for the show's music, I believe it was Shuki Levy, who was also responsible for many great '80s cartoon soundtracks. What a wealth of material he's got that will probably never see the light of day.

I tried contacting him though agent regarding spider-man tas of mid 90's. Got blown off as told music is avaiable at concert playing in Israel.
Yep, it's Levy. He has the main title up on his website if you're interested in hearing an SFX-free version. I'd pay good money to have a nice Levy box set, but his site works to whet the appetite.
Thanks so much for this thread! I've been wanting to add this theme to the X-Men suite on my Marvel playlist for so long, and it never even occurred to me that the composer might be offering it, free and legit, on his website.
