Almost nobody else in his era had the command of the popular jazz idiom in a fashion that I like as well as I like Duning.
I'm listening to the source music, with its "wrong side of the tracks" saxophone solos, loving what I'm hearing. It makes me want to stumble around the house, pretending like I'm looking for a bottle of gin hidden somewhere!
