Are any of the amazing labels like Lalaland and friends/competitors considering releasing the other amazing 45 minutes of Michael Kamen's incredible score? Will someone please please please release the complete score? There was so much goodness left off the album. Thanks

Yep, I'd like to see this more than most of his UNRELEASED scores!

The Robin Hood Prince of Thieves - blu-ray features a music only track in 5.1
as does the special edition DVD

I don't know about the Bluray, but the extended DVD only includes the original soundtrack on the disc, not the actual full score. Can you (or anyone who has the Bluray) confirm if the full score is actually on the disc? Thanks. I don't have a bluray player.

You know... I haven't opened my blu ray yet but I just looked at the specs on the back and there is a Music Only 5.1 track listed there.

And... now that I have, I can confirm that it's the score tracks from the album presented in 5.1 on a seperate audio track.

Listening to the new recording of the Saxophone Concerto reminded me of Robin Hood. Count me in for an expansion of this one if it's at all possible. It's my favorite of Kamen's scores apart from Baron Munchausen and the music for the Final Battle was rather horribly edited/crossfaded on the original cd.

Agreed. It's an awesome score, and a fun movie too.

perhaps there are completist / rights issues with regards to Brian Adams? like with Highlander re Queen, and... um... hold on, is Eric Idle the one holding up Munchausen?!

I have no doubt this has been pursued, and maybe it's being pursued. Have any Morgan Creek (the label) soundtracks been expanded? I don't think so (but there weren't that many).

Stay Tuned by Intrada, but the original release was more of a soundtrack album (only one instrumental by Broughton).

Intrada posted that they WOULD have done Freejack but the masters were lost. Either way, you can add this title to the count as well.
