Has this been reorganized to be less of a chore to listen to? The original Network release was their first soundtrack album and it was more like an archive dump of cues.

As I understand, it's C&C now.
Complete track-list is here - https://www.discogs.com/Albert-Elms-Wilfred-Josephs-Robert-Farnon-Ron-Grainer-The-Prisoner-Original-Soundtrack-Library-Music/release/11082585

The complete 6 CD set is on sale at https://networkonair.com for only £8.00 (free delivery within the UK)!

That's like $10 US. That's a frigging steal.

I got this as part of the big 50th anniversary bluray/CD/book boxset. Many of the tracks sound a lot better than they did on the previous Network release. Particularly the raw takes of the main title. Although sadly they're now missing the spoken take numbers at the beginning, which I always enjoy.

I always thought these sounded wrong on the last release. Sort of grainy.... like something went awry with the A/D converters when being transferred.

Really?! Great news for me, as I hate this takes numbers, especially in main program (for me it's ok, if it's in bonus section).
My set will arrive to me very soon (hope for this Friday/Saturday), so can't wait to listen this.
Oh, I also ordered book.
And funny thing - if I remember correctly, I never saw actual series big grin
