Yes, pretty good. I just wish some of this stuff were available in other formats than shoddy-sounding film rips complete with sound effects and whatnot. I just can't listen to that stuff.

I finally saw the whole film on youtube. Lots of music in the film, so there is surely enough material for a soundtrack release. The main theme is composed by Levay, while the score is by Levay and Udi Harpaz, who knew Levay from working on Airwolf.

Very sequencer-based underscore, and I think I even heard an orchestra is a few scenes.

Anyone else who ever saw this pilot? (The show didn't continue, by the way.)

I recall renting this out on VHS, back in 1986, and liking it. Didn't it include an atmospheric use of David Bowie's Ashes to Ashes?

I'm also frustrated that much of Levay's output is unavailable.

Yes, it included a long scene with Ashes To Ashes. Not atmospheric, but a standard version as far as I could hear.

ANNIHILATOR had so much potential and all we would ever see was the pilot. There was so much potential but sci-fi in mid-1980s television wasn't exactly welcome viewing to the network heads of the era (especially when it came to a pilot as dark as this). I would love to see a company release the complete score on CD.
