I would like a score release. And if it's possible, a orchestral arragement of the themes of the score (especially Tony's theme).

Surely not instead of the original electronic version, but as a bonus track I guess it would be OK.

I really don't understand why no one wants to release the score... there are so many classic synth scores that are being released by Intrada & Co. so why not Scarface as well? hmm

It's probably being worked on by somebody. I mean a score with that high of demand I'm sure. But I've been highly anticipating a release myself.

I made the mistake of watching the Andy Samberg movie Hot Rod (2007) recently (really horrible), but was surprised to hear the Chase music from Midnight Express used in one scene, and Morricone's "A Gringo Like Me" in another scene! It was about 30 seconds of the former, and maybe 10 seconds of the latter.

Like sprinkling diamonds on a steaming pile. wink
