It's interesting to note that ANY WEDNESDAY was one of Duning's last scores, while NOT WITH MY WIFE YOU DON'T represents early Williams. Both of them are an enjoyable listen in my opinion.
After Any Wednesday, Duning became very prolific in TV, but also wrote many scores for TV movies and several features - he remained prolific until the early 1980s so Any Wednesday was hardly one of his last scores.

OnyaBirri Re your: I received the "Any Wednesday" soundtrack CD on Saturday, 2 days after ordering it, and I'm embarrassed that I have to include it in the "You can't go home" category of soundtracks I loved in my youth but bored me to distraction when I bought them many years later, which isn't the first time this has happened to me.
Interesting, that has happened to me with the rock/pop music of my youth, but I don't think I've ever experienced outgrowing a particular soundtrack or a particular style of film scoring.
It's a rarity for me too, so I was surprised and startled when I couldn't find a single cue I wanted to listen to in its entirety, much less play again. I've not played "Not With My Wife You Don't!" and am hoping that it has some music I want to hear again so it's not a complete bust for me.
