Someone in another thread mentioned The Whole Wide World, which is a movie about Robert E Howard. This clicked a bit of information in my head that somehow slipped my mind until now.
Eleanor Frazetta, wife of and manager for world famous artist Frank Frazetta, died July 17th after a year long battle with cancer. Frank Frazetta is probably the single most successful and influencial artist of the second half of the twentith century, and is well known for his artwork inspired by Howard's Conan character.
Eleanor was a strong woman who helped Frank through a lot of hard times, including two heart attacks, a nervous breakdown and a serious battle with depression during the years he couldn't get work. They were married for over 50 years.
Regrets to the Frazetta family. I have been a fan of her husband's striking artwork since his work appeared in E.C. Comics many years ago in the 50's. [the below is from 1973 though]
I admired Eleanor's "pluck" in the PAINTING WITH FIRE documentary, which I recommend to all Frazetta fans, comic book readers, and art lovers in general.

Agreed. She seemed so very youthful (and still damn good looking at her age).
Painting With Fire is an phenominal documentary. Everyone should have the benefit of seeing it.
