That is a good price. Amazon UK has a lot of these kind of offers going all the time (plus if you're ordering out of the UK, you may get another 10-15% off when they deduct the VAT from your final total.)
I remember I bought the complete Blake's 7 20-disc set back in 2007 as an Amazon UK exclusive for about the same price as the four individual sets here combined (somewhere in the £60+ range.)
It might be kind of an obvious question, but does it make the most sense to buy an "all region" DVD player and then buy the DVDs from the UK (presuming none good are available in the US)?
