Since theres no mention of it, I take it Mr Elfman was unavailable for signings? (Hes a very busy guy!) LOL. That he is, but he was kind enough to participate in its release... we are forever grateful for that. Now, its off to packing up those Dunwich orders! MV

If I am not mistaken, I believe we just popped the proverbial "Limited Edition Cherry" for Mr Elfman. Cool Beans! MV

Mike, when you say "archival edition", do you mean this is going to include sound effects, etc., like Lukas' SATAN BUG?

THIS IS SO AWESOME!! One of my favorite scores of all time!!! This doesn't appear to be complete, however. There's no * next to The Landing or State Address, for example. The newspaper cue from the beginning also doesn't appear to be included. Really cool that it contains the trailer music and some alternates, as those wouldn't have been on the DVD Iso score

"I do not understand why people here associate 'archival' with some kind of defects." The first time I saw the word archival used on a soundtrack was SATAN BUG. This is the second time I've noticed it. In the first instance it didn't seem like a 'defect' to me, nor in this case. Just wanted to know. I'm really excited about this release, especially since I never got the original when it came out. So, what's the story? Is it expanded plus?

That's a gigantic bummer that the complete Landing cue isn't on here, according to the track list.
