I got my copy yesterday morning...superb job Intrada! I haven't seen GOLIATH since the 60s...might have to track down a DVD somewhere.
Man, that first chord on MASTER OF THE WORLD disc is LOUD!! How about using THAT in your bedside CD alarm clock? LOL

For those with a regionless/codeless/PAL/NTSC DVD player, there is a super Spanish DVD release of "Goliath and the Barbarians"/"El Terror de Los Barbaros" that has BOTH scores -- Baxter's on the English track option, and Innocenzi's on the Spanish language track. You can toggle back and forth between the language tracks to compare the music.
The only drawbacks to the DVD -- it is not anamorphically enhanced for 16:9 TVs -- but it is a fully widescreen print -- and the image looks good when zoomed. And of course your player has to be able to convert PAL to NTSC and be regionless and codeless.
I think it is OOP -- but occasionally copies can be found on Amazon UK/France/Germany. It is on the Grandes Clasicos Del Cine Epico - Warner Bros. Mercury label, No. 89133.
It is a wonderful way to compare and contrast scoring techniques -- which I will leave to you experts!
Update Edit: I've been watching/listening to the DVD -- wanted to note that both language tracks use Innocenzi's main title music -- and immediately after the title fade out Baxter's score kicks in on the English track -- and the Spanish track continues on with the Innocenzi version. This is fun! I've got the DVD and now both scores on CD!

TerraEpon: Funny. I was about to answer this, but, curious about the song you mentioned, went to get my CD of it, and was surprised to find that I had MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE and not MASTER OF THE WORLD. I bought UNIVERSE (Bill Conti) decades ago and probably never gave it a chance, but because it's by Bill Conti, a favorite of mine, will now try to give it more time. Thanks.
Follow-Up: Today (9-25-13) I played my CD of Bill Conti's MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE, and I must say that it remains one of my least favorite soundtracks of his, But I blame the genre of the film and that music probably worked in the movie. But as a purely listening experience away from the movie, it is not up there with scores he wrote for such films as AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, SLOW DANCING IN THE BIG CITY, THE BIG BLUE, and THE RIGHT STUFF (the non-Tchaikovsky-derived cues).

A soundtrack recording to jolt the synapses and to focus on the music itself, probably would have helped me with my descriptions. They were pretty lean based on what I could remember!
