I got mine at a music store in one of the local malls, and I don't recall seeing it at Best Buy.
Call of the Champions (2 different radio promos)
There are two different releases, one with five edits (two "full" edits and three bumpers) and the other with just one "full" edit. And there are two radio promo releases for "Summon the Heroes" as well (one with the album version and a 3:38 radio edit, and the other with two radio edits - 1:53 & 2:27).
JP artwork variants: Sleepers / HP Azkaban / War Horse / Tintin / Earthquake / Stanley & Iris / Presumed Innocent
There's also a JP variation for Memoirs of a Geisha (you may already have it since it wasn't listed).
Recent awards promos: from Catch Me if You Can through to The BFG
Again, you may already have it, but the earliest For Your Consideration (FYC) release on CD that I'm aware of is Stepmom (1998), followed by Angela's Ashes (1999).
