Just listening Citizen X (Varese) and it is a surprise, since nobody mentioned this score in the thread and the reviews aren't specially good.

It contains a beautiful and sad main theme very well developed along the CD. This theme in some moments remember me the one created by James Newton Howard for I am legend.

Good stuff by Mr. Edelman.

Not the biggest Edelman fan, but he has some good ones.

My favourite composition of his is the MACGYVER theme. I also like LAST OF THE MOHICANS, GETTYSBURG, TALL TALE and DRAGONHEART.

It is my favorite Edelman score and the movie is excellent. The CD goes very cheap on ebay, amazon, ... definitely worth checking out.

MACGYVER. It's a memorable theme, and the music doesn't pretend to be anything else but cheap and cheerful synthetic pop.

What about Daylight, Come See The Paradise, The Indian In The Cupboard and The Mask? Great scores all.

DAYLIGHT is pretty good. I don't remember much of the MASK score or INDIAN IN THE CUPBOARD. I don't know COME SEE THE PARADISE at all.

A lot of Edelman's music sounds very cheap to me, but DragonHeart is my favorite by about a mile, and I really hope someone produces a complete release for it one of these days because the existing album is annoying as hell, with music all out of order (and cues combined so it's impossible to put it in order as well) and some music (ie. the finale) repeated, which really robs it of its impact! In addition there's some good music missing...

The finale with the humming chorus is just incredibly brilliant, I must say -- actually made me tear up in the film.

TWINS because of the Delerue's part of the score.

Unreleased - Down Periscope (1998?) I thought this could have been a possible Varese release.
