I could be wrong, but I thought there was one with "Cantina Band" on one side and "Star Wars - Main Title" on the other (by the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by John Williams).

There was also one with "Jaws - Main Title" b/w another selection from the JAWS soundtrack (but I can't remember what that b-side was....).

It was marketed as Main Title and Cantina Band. JAWS had 'End Title' on the B-side.

Well, it wasn't "score-music", merely a version, but Goldsmith's theme from BANDOLERO! ("There's Got to be a Better Way", lyrics by Sammy Cahn) was the b-side of Hugo Montenegro's RCA Victor single THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY, which was a huge hit in the pop charts. A long time ago...

There is a single of Batman by Danny Elfman which , kind of, has a different version of the main theme (If I remember correctly)

If memory serves, the initial single of David Bowie's "Starman" had Jack Nietzsche's "Starman Leaves/End Title" from John Carpenter's STARMAN as it's B-side.
