According to the PS1 game booklet the music is simply referred to as EARTH/AIR composed by John Carpenter arranged by Gary McKill
The game score itself is just seven cues. one 40 second cue for main title another 40 second cue for the selection menus The remaining five tracks, that average under five minutes each, are essentially EARTH/AIR 1 through 5. These act as underscore during gameplay.
The other is not exactly listed in Discogs but it's pretty much this one: https://www.discogs.com/John-Carpenter-Sentinel-Returns/release/16807764 Mine it's the French version of the game. To listen to the soundtrack you have to insert the game in a cd player and skip track 1 (I think it's the game or data). There's also a (strange) bonus standard CD with only the main theme (5 min) inside the box.
I want to keep one and maybe sell the other and I wanted to hear which one you think is more valuable. In Discogs there's only stats for the first one.
I was finally able to track down this game-score CD Unfortunately there is no track-listing. Does anyone have more infos ??
The arrangements are credited to Gary McKill. Does this mean that the music was not performed by JC at all or just for the CD by someone else ??
Regards
I have no idea but to me the name Gary McKill sounds like a pseudonym, like a stage name or an alias if you will but since I have no knowledge of it I can be wrong. And come to think about it Carpenter have sometimes used fake names when he worked on films.
