I don't think so.There's been a 'you know what' about with about an hour or so on it.

No absolutely not.

That CD only has 5 cues from the film.

There`s double CD compilation album that includes some of his music that was not featured on the Trilogy album

But, if it makes you feel better, some of the best stuff is there. It was enough to satisfy me. If you get the Queen album "A Kind of Magic", you can put together a nice "soundtrack" album. The songs were an integral part of the film anyway.

If you're referring to the Edel "Best of Fantasy", that was a re-recording (and a pretty bad one too!).

I think its a shame there has not yet been an expanded reissue of Kamen's Highlander score. The existing CD contains probably less than half his score. It *does* have much of the best stuff I must say, but the cue for Ramirez and Kurgan's battle is missing, and there's some kool Kurzweil kues in the score which would be nice to have as well (like that sampled guitar lick when Ramirez whisks MacLeod's sword from his grap on the loch shore).

And speaking as a Scot I wouldn't mind having that pipe lament either!

I agree, the best material is on the CD. I don't remember anything else from Kamen's score that stood out.

I think the HIGHLANDER TRILOGY CD is great, and - as you may gather - have no need for an expanded release. However, the sound quality could have been better, so I wouldn't oppose a RE-MASTERING!
