Does anyone know if Stephen Warbeck's score from Billy Elliot is to be released?

I enjoyed the movie but a far less eclectic score would have put it over the top, IMHO.

Every time I watch this film on the telly, I'm reminded how much I enjoy the score tracks by Stephen Warbeck, none of which appeared on the CD.
A mate passed me an awful sounding boot, but it does no justice to the score.
There isn't a lot of score in the film, which is even more annoying why a decent suite track wasn't included on the released CD.
Any other fans of this film or score?
Any chances of an expansion featuring some Warbeck this time?

How much score is there?

Warbeck's theme (which Billy tinkers on the piano) was actually worked into the stage musical for the scene where he "speaks with his dead Mum." The musical is terrific.

I've never done a proper score count Mike, but reckon roughly around 20 minutes of Warbeck music, including that great piece when Billy runs/dances through the streets.
I love the songs used, esp Cosmic Dancer by T-Rex, a great song from my childhood.
It's just a mighty shame the CD couldn't have included a few score tracks or a 10-12 minute suite ala Back to the Future.

There was an Academy promo with the music Warbeck composed. Not sure how long it is though.

9 tracks, 11:53, per information online.

If that's about all there is I don't see how a release would be viable. Universal Music Group has the album rights while the Warbeck score would be with Working Title (Universal Studios).

Just checked what my mate passed to me some years back and it was a copy of the Oscar promo..9 tracks running about 12 minutes (typical FYC sound quality..i.e. not great).

With such a short score and the song/dialogue album running about 40 minutes, it was such a missed opportunity to not put a score suite on the album (the whole thing could have been included).
Oh well.
Having said that, while there's some nice short cues and the two 'dancing in the streets' tracks are fun, it does play better in the film.
