Caldera does this quite often. I hosted one myself, on their KING OF DEVIL'S ISLAND/Söderqvist release, and I think they've continued to do it when the opportunity has been there. It's only audio, though, not video interviews. Back in the CD-ROM these days, it happened now and then. NIXON and RED DRAGON, for example (incidentally two Hopkins movies), had video interviews on their CD-ROM track. No longer available to read, of course, but thankfully on Youtube.

Milan's collection of Stanley Myers "Deer Hunter and Other Themes" has a Myers interview on it.

I seem to recall La-La Land's release of RE-ANIMATOR had a Richard Band interview. It may have been taken from the DVD, I forget. And the Troma compilation TOXIC TUNES FROM TROMAVILLE has an interview with Lloyd Kaufman. The questions are in the liner notes and he leaves gaps for you to ask the questions.

Zodiac had a good "chat" track with Shire. Onya is thinking about that Bernstein-conducted compilation that had as a bonus track Herrmann talking... always thought it was funny... the first word he says is "CINEMA....."!

The now out of print Twilight Time The Bride Wore Black blu-ray came with a CD: Conversation Piece: An Unvarnished Chat with Bernard Herrmann I snagged it in one of their sales, mainly for that disc, but I haven't listened to it yet (which is nuts!). (Sort of doesn't fit, sort of does)
