Your welcome. I'm guessing that the CD to look for would be VPCD-81186? Off a hunting am I.
That album is a start. If possible, try to track down the three Zatoichi Musical Journey albums. They feature music from every Zatoichi film except the 26th film. The score to the stage play adaptation has also been released on CD.
Malcolm Arnold: The Belles of St. Trinian's (1954) Blue Murder at St. Trinian's (1957) The Pure Hell of St. Trinian's (1960) The Great St. Trinian's Train Robbery (1966)
Shouldn't these James Bernard films better be listed as "The Quatermass Xperiment" and "Quatermass 2" frankly?
1. The Creeping Unknown [1955] 2. Enemy from Space [1957]
I considered that, as a Quatermass devotee (part of my hallway is decorated with a window card and two lobby cards from Five Million Years to Earth/Quatermass and the Pit) , but this being a U.S. based column, I decided to go with the US titles. (actually, my first draft had them as The Quatermass Xperiment and Enemy from Space, for extra confusion). (I know, by that criteria, Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires should be The Seven Brothers Meet Dracula, but ugh!)
i've long wondered -- is Quatermass 2 the first-ever "2" sequel movie title?
