I think it's worth buying even if a new edition comes out some time soon. Much as I love the original release program (I snatched it up on cassette in the late 80's), I've played the Prometheus more times than I can count. Besides, if you buy it now, a new edition will be released, and if you don't, it won't. That's the Murphy's Law of soundtracks.

My question...is it worth to purchase it now or should I wait for a LALALAND or otherwise release in the near future? I'd disagree with most here. While I generally LOVE Goldsmith expansions, since there's always SO much new thematic material or developmental material, this one didn't impress me so much. Which is odd, since the LOGAN'S RUN and BOYS FROM BRAZIL expansions or just chock full.

this one didn't impress me so much.... That said, though, I'm not really willing to part with mine. Hmmm.
