This is in direct reference to the Intrada release of this masterpiece.

I found this in my mailbox yesterday and am still completely bonzo about it. I was a total fanatic about the movie, so when I finally got to hear this abstracted from the film, in its full form (the first CD of the 2) I ended up (and remain) staggered.

I'm so glad I waited unti acquiring many other masterpieces by JG before this, because it made this (arguably his most pioneering, landmark work outside of Freud or, the choice of many, Planet of the Apes) all the more appreciable.

I also put this topic up as a thank you to FSM for all the posts and topics relating this incredible release.

So...your own feelings on this wonderful treasure? Any input is welcomed with open arms, as we all know such milestones can really bring music fans together.

Hope everyone is having a happy weekend! smile

Come on now. Didn't you recently create a thread about finally buying this score? Did you have to start yet another?!
