La La Land just posted a facebook link to a podcast interview with Neil S. Bulk

In that interview Neil says that La La Land has a deal with Warner Bros.

And MV said EON where following DAD closely regarding sales

Living Daylights were released on the Warner Bros. label so I think that one might happen

Does La La Land have a deal with Warner Bros. Entertainment or Warner Bros. Records?

I ask because they are completely unrelated entities sharing a name and logo. A deal with Warner Bros. (the movie and television studio) has absolutely no bearing on anything happening with Warner Bros. Records.

why don't you put two and two together ?

007 is EON

DAD album was Watertower records which is part of Warner Bros. Records

was it that hard?

I'm tired of misleading subject lines.

Good news, I'd be interested with an expanded cd too any Barry/Bond score, just keep that hideous song off a deluxe edition I'm not kidding.

Correct. The music label of Warner Bros. (the movie and television studio that is part of Time Warner) is currently Watertower Music. Warner Bros. Records is part of the Warner Music Group, which is unaffiliated with the movie and television studio, other than having a royalty-free license from Time Warner for the use of Warner Bros. trademarks.

I noticed "might be next 007 from La La Land", which implies something is afoot.

The only thing afoot here is the weird things taken from the Circle K.

no it does not "implies something affoot"

It's only your own interpretation of it

So why don't you cool down, and just read what is says

A shame, but will it happen eventually?

Exactly -- you wrote a misleading subject line which we -- the READERS -- have to interpret.

Getting it yet?

Then you went on to lecture (maybe you need to cool down) that which you don't know about.

This thread needs to be locked and trashed.

No I did not - it's still your own interpretation

I'm only responsible for what I wrote - I'm not responsible for your interpretation of it wink

Get it?

An alternate way of responding could have been "Oh, I didn't realize the two companies were unrelated. It's confusing, since they share a name and logo."

But implying I'm stupid by citing incorrect information is good, too.

Disappointing, but thank you for laying this rumor to rest before baseless speculation got out of control.

Hopefully, we'll be hearing some good news from you soon regarding the 007 license! smile
