I'd be more excited if it wasn't for SAN ADREAS (their last effort together) being so MV/RC micro-managed.

There was also a (reportedly terrible) Blumhouse movie, INCARNATE, that Lockington and Peyton did after SAN ANDREAS.

What shift?

Originally, the movie was going to open in USA in 20th April, while internationally, in 13th April. Now, with the change of the Avengers, the movie opens worldwide in 13th April

San Andreas was a great score, with an enormous theme (a la Kamen in the cue 'San Francisco') and terrific action cues.

Thankfully, Japan's label Rambling is coming to a rescue by releasing a physical CD.

Nope, two minutes shorter.

Counted the track listings at Film Music Reporter. 68 mins of score + the song at the end. That makes more sense.

No need for a CD or to spend money on this, it's as bland and generic as they come... Another major dissapointment. The film is ok if you like this kind of stuff.

Some people said the same thing about San Andreas and it was a fun score... so I am still curious smile

San Andreas was way better than this. It's not bad per se, just bland.

Why you guys hate this guy's output? I think he's a great composer!

Does it have anything like a main theme or is it all just noise? or more sound design-y?
Generic score done well can be miles better than failed attempt at something more distinct smile
