I've got this 10 part series in my Tivo library. Each episode is a stand-alone PKD short story retelling. The first two I watched were scored by Harry Gregson-Williams, so I assumed he'd done the whole series. While watching the 3rd episode (Impossible Planet), my ears tingled at the gorgeously moving Finale cue, only to discover that episode was scored by Bear McCreary. Turns out other episodes were done by Mark Isham, BT and Olafur Arnalds. I think I would buy a CD for that final cue alone! I haven't watched any others yet, so maybe that's the musical standout of the whole series? Anyone else seen or heard this series so far?
Watched the episode called Real Life last night. Quite good, but I didn't enjoy the Bear McCreary score as much as his Impossible Planet one. Yes, Black Mirror is much better than this series (from what I've seen so far).
AUTOFAC had some lovely 'old school' Isham music going on. Dreamy, ethereal with a soothing female vocal. I haven't heard him like that since his early days. Another score I'm looking forward to on the set.

Yo McGann!! THAT got my attention...damn I wish someone would release MADE IN HEAVEN & MORTAL THOUGHTS. I'm being lazy & tagging onto this post, but have you heard, and/or have thoughts on Isham's 'Arkangel' episode of BLACK MIRROR, that, oddly enough, has its own cd release? If not I'll have to go spend the 40 odd mins and watch this thing...won't that be a tragedy! Ha! No idea about DREAMS, but dammit all, if there is some Isham that harks back to his old days....guess my wallet is ske-rewed there too.
Sean, I've watched all the Black Mirrors (you should too, they range from outstandingly good to easily good enough). Ark Angel is a scary episode about technology and GPS-style tracking, but I don't remember Isham's music sticking out while I watched it, whereas I was like 'aaaaaarrrggghhhhh - in a good way' while I was watching/hearing his Electric Dreams score to Auto-Fac. Real old-style Isham in some bits.
Cool man, appreciate the Intel Mirror is on my overloaded to watch radar, but as its wintertime, Isham's chillier music gets a lot of play, so I'm on this.
Mike, although I don't have this set yet, I would say the track titled Swimming from Impossible Planet is the lovely/dreamy track that beguiled me whilst watching the episode.

Nice! I'm not at all familiar with the show but I'm very intrigued by the soundtrack.
