There you go, that's about the only cue you need. You already know what the rest sounds like if you've heard any generic action-thriller-revenge score of the past fifteen years. But that is a very nice theme!

I kinda enjoyed this one.

Not as good as Black Panther or Everything, Everything or Creed, but gets the job done!

Hell, I don't even need that one cue.

Maybe this film will prompt an expanded release of the only Death Wish score that matters: The one by THEE GREAT HERBIE HANCOCK!

I’m partial to Jimmy Page’s score to the sequel.

I’m partial to Jimmy Page’s score to the sequel.

Which they reused in DW3

Excellent track!

Now that you had your 'get of my lawn' moment, perhaps you could find the time to fill you film score loving hearts with the wondrous scores mr. Göransson has provided for both Creed and Black Panther. Nothing these was generic. They were lively, thematic and well thought through.

Film music is more alive than it has been for decades.

Just gave this (factory pressed CD from Sony Classical) a spin - there's a lot of really clever stuff in it. Quite subtle musical treats. And a really cool blaster-beam type effect. Certainly not as "generic" as some posters above have made out.

You meant "decade" right?

wink

Not really, no. I meant it more as an undefined period of time. But yeah, it’s probably more 15 years than twenty.
