I have a disc with a two tiny dents - seems to play fine and copy in a computer. No noticeable defect on the label side. Is it a defect that will get worse over time? I'm not sure I can get a picture of it. Was your copy brand new? This CD was released in 2012 and still seems to play fine. Since the silver side is in the plastic, maybe it wont degrade like a bug in amber.
