Okay, "X-Philes" La-La Land is planning one last 4 cd set of X Files music to release later this year or early next. Our producers wanna know what music is left unreleased that you would like to see on our final farewell set. It can come from episodes we already covered in previous sets as well as episodes we have never released music from.

(Please note we hope to release Season 11 separately this spring so do NOT include any suggestions from those episodes)

The music is out there!

Season four's "Synchrony" has a good theme and some really effective music. I remember a particularly nice stretch starting at around 20:30, where Lisa is being followed and confronts the old man. It stands out because there wasn't much dialogue, but there are other fine cues, including the final conversation between Mulder and Scully and the very last cue. So some selections from this episode would be terrific!

Yes! Thanks for making one last set! I would like music from

“Darkness Falls” ep. 1x20.
“Triangle” end theme ep. 06x3.

I love the theme they created for This Is Not Happening!
I know one of them (and the most important one) was in the first box, "Hidden Truths / Big Happening", but I think it also appeared in other scenes for the episode. Or maybe it was the episode after. Or both. Would be super nice to have a new version of it.

I can rewatch the episodes if not anyone else knows which scenes I'm talking about smile

One more time:

Teaser music:
"One BREATH"
"THREE OF A Kind"
Climactic music
"Fearful Symetry"

Thank you for your consideration

My own personal favorite that I'd like to see on Volume 4... Shadows, from the first season.

This is fantastic. I’ll post something thoughtful tomorrow. And will ask the folks at x-fest next weekend as well. Unless I don’t like their answers!

Please please please consider decent suites from: Duane Barry, Ascension and especially Never Again (tattoo scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k1SzhhNO-gw and the music accompanying the final fight)

Please also consider this beautiful adaptation of "all the pretty little horses" from the teaser to Invocation. I've wanted this for YEARS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhqCkvgrSxY

oh, my last wishes smile

THREE OF A KIND (6ABX19)
The music from the scene, where Byers sees Suzanne again in the Casino and chases after her.

THIS IS NOT HAPPENING (8ABX14)
The whole finale music beginning from the arriving of the FBI on the farm until the end of the episode. Full unedited smile

CHINGA (5X10)
The music from the prologue in the supermarket until the main titles.

TRIANGLE (6ABX03)
I know the main music isn't by Mark Snow but the whole chasing through the ship music is really great (also the additions of music by Mark Snow)

Oh I see I need to rewatch this episode! I always thought the one from Vol 1 was the full one.
Love this theme so much!!
You probably know better than me (as I havent watched the episodes for probably 10 years), but did this theme also appear in other scenes? I vaugly remember there was a scene where Scully thinks she sees Mulder and it appears?
And one where she talks to some old guy in a room?
I will check tonight. I think it was in both This Is Not Happening and the episode after (can`t remember the name)?

Yes this theme appears through the whole episode. An absolute dream would be the whole score of this episode. smile Even it would be released digital only.

I think this is the only episode which I'd like to listen to the complete score. I've several BD rips on my iPod from this big grin

yeah, but most of the tracks contains heavy SFX - the listening experience isn't really good. So we've to wait what LLLR decides to release smile Along with the prologue-scene of Chinga and the Byers-Suzanne-search-in-the-casino-scene this is my most wanted music from X-Files.

I know it'd never get on a set like this - but I'd love Bob Buckley's music from the ReBoot TV episode "Trust No One" featuring Agents Fax Modem, and Data Nully.

The text colours on the slip cases have been silver, green and purple? Curious about the text for the final set - going to guess "RED" big grin.

Please, Please release more music from the season one episode "Eve"!! I'm specifically referring to the part when the girls escape from Mulder and Scully at the truck stop, towards the end of the episode. This one of my favorite tracks of music of the whole series!! I'm looking for the music from that whole part from the time Mulder realizes he and Scully are being poisoned until he captures the girls again after Scully drives away to follow one of the trucks. Please, Please!! Thank you!!
