A box set of The Lord Of The Rings trilogy (not the extended versions) £3.99 in a charity shop. I think I like 'em, but at £1.33 a disc I can't really go wrong.
Rameau: A good technique; I'm always picking up bits & bobs in charity shops for a quid here and there, and some of them turn out to be gems. And if they're not, you haven't wasted much.
