Yes, been thinking about that so many times too!

It took so much time for any Buffy/Angel score soundtracks to get off the ground back then. I think FOX thought there was no interest in them.

Good point!

I remember Beck was really frustrated back in the days because Fox didnt want to release the score.

Let's give them credit for producing a TV series based on a failed movie

Entertainment Weekly has a nice retrospective of "Angel" on its 20th anniversary:

https://ew.com/tv/2019/06/20/angel-reunion-20th-anniversary/

and People Magazine is streaming "Entertainment Weekly Cast Reunions: Angel" (44m:12s) on PeopleTV.com:

The reunion wasn't as great as the one for Buffy, but still lovely that they did it. I choked up when J said that he was the most proud on people being excited to see a person of color on a genre show. Wish they had talked more about Illyria

I was surprise they didn't talk about or mention the late Andy Hallet (Lorne), only showing him incidentally in clips with the other characters; I mean, he was only a main character for four seasons (S2–S5) !
frown

I understand why they talked about Glenn Quinn's "Doyle" character helping to start and steer the series at the beginning, but he was only on for the first 9 episodes -- Andy had a total of 76 episodes !
confused

Maybe they did discuss him, but the editors couldn't fit it all into the time allotted?
