Looking to pick up some Blu Rays with digital copies, but I know digital copies have expiration dates. How can I tell if I order online from places like Best Buy, Amazon, what ever, the digital copy offer is still good?
I've had the same issue. Quite a few BR's with digital copies expired, but that was before I got into streaming. Now I'm looking to re-buy some BR's so I can get the digital copies but some are a year or two old and some have unknowingly been pulled out of circulation already.
Sometimes Amazon will have a paragraph in the item description with a note about updated expiration dates (seems to only be for really popular titles). I've read some people have luck directly contacting the movie studio.
On a related note when I discovered Disney Movie Rewards had some worthy "rewards" in the form of Blu-rays I dug up all of my old Disney DVDs and the codes still worked (some ten years later). So I'll always try the codes even if they claim they are expired.

I've never seen a Disney disc that HAD an expiration date for its code. Technically, the code is used to rack up points. The ability to get points does not seem to expire. In addition, for some titles, Disney will also provide an online version of the film for viewing. This is generally only for recent films or the "evergreen" animated classics, not deep catalog titles (like most older live-action films).
