I like how Amazon describes the incident as "a lack of professionalism." No. Tossing, instead of laying down, somebody's package is a lack of professionalism. This is defecating in front of somebody's house.

I like how Amazon describes the incident as "a lack of professionalism." wrong, that's what the customer called it. Skimming combined with the previous paragraph leading with Amazon as the subject and the fact that the quote itself, attributing the incident to a third-party, sounds like what you would hear from the culpable company as opposed to the wronged customer. As you say: not the most soundly written of articles.
