I purchased the Wonder Woman Blu Ray with digital copy. I've always redeemed my digital copies thru iTunes so I can play them on my Apple TV, which is my digital streaming set up.
So I was directed to this Vudu site and in order to redeem my digital copy, I had to sign up, give them all kinds of personal information, and they even wanted me to add a credit card to my account. WFT? I've never had to do all that when redeeming a digital copy.
Anyway, it let me bypass giving a credit card and I finished setting up my account. When I was done I tried to redeem my digital copy and it appears I can't use it with my iTunes account. I've never had this happen before. I thought digital copies were cross platform?
I sent a email to customer service and haven't heard anything back. Is Vudu just a scam to get my private information and trick me into paying for their service?
