I was wondering if you find there to be a superior sound quality format? I was going to buy a turntable, but the reason is simply due to some soundtracks are cheaper at times on record.

if you buy a low-end turntable I would then look for a used record store. This way you don't go broke. the problem with this is you might get some clicks and pop's.

I just started to record some music off of Pandora the is excellent.

You only get better quality if you pay considerably more for a turntable, if you're looking at $50-150 forget it its not worth it, stick to cd quality its better than downloading which can be horrible, have you heard the Quiet Earth on download its awful, tinny.
