Looks a bit like Ennio, young. Or Ennio Young. Not quite sure - it's hard to come to terms with the fact that we are born bald (or at least with wisps), then get a full head (Ooh-er), then comb the strands over (don't play football with that style, Bobby! Ah, too late). Then just go baldy and become old and useless gibbering wrecks.
One of the benefits of the Italian government is that they give free Joe 90 specs to everybody, rich or poor. Ennio could have chosen to spend 900 euros on Maximus Duration pink things, but he chose wisely and went for the freebies. Good man.
