Hi everyone,
Can anyone suggest me a direct e-mail address to USPS? I live in the EU and its hard to contact them through the website... I need to ask about my tracking....

I've tried it, but when I tried to fill the recipient's address, I realized only US address can be there... (You can choose only US states, or my ZIP address was wrong, according to the website...)
As far as I know, the USPS only delivers to U.S. states, U.S. possessions, or to U.S. military addresses. Where are the sending and receiving points of your package?

I'm not sure I have a very clear understanding of the situation, and I don't know a direct email address for the USPS, but the website does have a page where you can look up the zip code for a specific US address, if you are suspecting an incorrect zip code might be part of the problem:

Edited to add: If you have a tracking number, sometimes you can get info by doing a Google search on the number. Particularly with international shipments, if you are unsure which country's post office the tracking number belongs to, Google can sometimes figure it out.
