I just finished listening to this early Band effort. Wonderful score and very similar in style to another of his early works; Mutant (at least to my ear). Time Master clocks in at 33:00, but the liner notes say he composed about 43 minutes of score. So my question is how come the remaining 10 minutes weren't included in the album? This was all that remained in Richard's Archive.
He didn't even have copies of the written scores, we were lucky to find as much as we did.
Some of the Egyptianesque music reminded me of Gale's Dr. Phibes Rises Again, which reminds me to ask if Kirchin's Abominable Dr. Phibes will ever be re-released. Would be nice if they were paired together, but the sequel is still available.
