Spotify or Tidal are indeed the good suggestions, if you can manage commercial breaks between a track now and then (or pay for Premium and avoid commercials).
Or....go for the great number of film music podcasts out there, including my own http://celluloidtunes.no (there, I managed to sneak in a bit of advertising myself).
