It's driving me crazy, but what song is this phrase from? (Used musipedia flash piano to record it)

I always thought its use as the opening for the George Lopez Show was a PERFECT marriage of music and images... it just WORKED!

It's not just common knowledge, it's also the early stages of Alzheimer's... ;-)

(Of course I know that song, I just somehow couldn't remember where that riff came from... the same happened some years ago with the NORTH AND SOUTH theme, which I heard in some TV program as background music but for the life of me couldn't place it).

Oh geez, I sure do hope it's not really early Alzheimer's...
