That's fantastic, Mink. Kudo's! You sensed the tone of the movie perfectly and found the music to match. Great job. A few things immediately stand out. Please don't take it as criticism, it's more that video's like the one you made enhances certain aspects of the film. The first video is matching up so perfectly, it is eerie. I thought the clarinet when Jyn hughs her father at the two-minute mark was a bit out of place. And now that I see this, I would loved to have the kyber crystal to have a motive, it would have grounded the relation and perhaps the character development of Jyn better. The second clip is still awesome, but somehow, I thought the tension should be combined more with sadness. Galen knows that Krennic's visit is the end of it all, and the music should reflect that. Also the orchestration seems a bit off for a Star Wars-film, but considering it was composed for a western, that's hardly a complaint Surprisingly, this clip shows that a transition without the title card fanfare would have worked. Perhaps even better. That said, the idea of having more Michael Kamen music is exciting enough, but to have him score a big budget fantasy/sci-fi epic is noting less than exhilarating. Thanks for this, Mink!
