Regarding the gender P.C. mentioned in the chats above, this fella is being disciplined for saying nothing more than 'Well done, girls!' Only one of the pupils had gender issues:

I have no idea if the three year olds had a specific extreme somatic hermaphrodite situation or whatever, but anyone who says this is not a growing situation here and everywhere is not facing reality. I remember back in the '80s when Monty Python, in 'Meaning of Life' had the comedy scenario of a new mother in the delivery room, when asked the sex of her baby, being told by the obstetrics team, 'Oh I think it's a little early to be imposing gender just yet..'
That was funny. We all laughed. It was ludicrous, yet satirical. How times change.
