Can anyone hear the words of this finale?. I can hear the words Gloria in Excelsis Deo but what follows? It doesn't sound like Latin.

Well, I had to listen on Youtube, because, much as I favour Waxman, this flick is too, how you say, cornyball pour moi. It's indistinct, but it ought to be 'Glory in the Highest' as in the Christmas doxology but minus the 'to God' bit. I think that's what it is, just a translation, like Rozsa did with Quo Vadis? Gloria, Gloria in Exelcis Deo, Glory in the Highest, Gloria, Gloria. Hooray for Hollywood.

Actually .... I dunno. It might be something else. Count me baffled.

Unfortunately the words after Gloria in Excelsis Deo are very indistinct but it doesn't sound like they're singing "glory in the highest".
