That's excellent news, Thanks, just glad its not limited my budget is dead this month.
Sorry to be the bearer of "bad" news, but I'm in the United States and just now placed an order with no problem. 
The "FAQ" says that DVD/Blu-Rays are "for retail within the UK only," but it looks like they do ship CDs overseas.
I tried to check out as a "guest," but when I did it said my email was already on file, looks like I ordered from them previously in 2011.
Looking forward to this!

Hi Mr. A&C! The previous release was a 3-CD set and the new one is 6 CDs -- which I hope means it's twice as good! The network website shows episode titles, but doesn't have a detailed track listing for either release.

I have the new collection, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who loves the music of "The Prisoner", even if they own all the previous collections. The main reason for this is sound quality. The sound of the specially-composed cues is so good, I think the original masters must finally have been found. Whatever the reason, the difference between this and Network's 3-disc set is like night and day. The most-improved cuts are from "Arrival".
Much appreciated information. That was the tipping point for me. Thank you.

Just reporting back that I now have the 6-CD set in hand! There was a little bit of a shipping snafu from Network to me in the United States, but after waiting for 6 weeks, I contacted them and it was all straightened out; I received my order within just a few days after that.
It was my intention to post a detailed track listing here, but I see that some kind soul has in the meantime supplied the info to the discogs website, so I'll just post a link (and thank goodness, there are over 350 tracks on this monster!):

There are lots of less-than-a-minute cues on the set. I know some folks prefer these be organized into "suites," but I like the cues as-is just fine. I'm probably not the expert to provide a comparison of this to any of the other releases, but to my ears this release sounds wonderful.
Also picked up Roger Webb's Strange Report (circa 1968-1970) and the 2-CD set for Ken Thorne's The Zoo Gang (circa 1973-74), but haven't quite had the chance to dive into these yet.

Fifty years on from its first UK broadcast, The Prisoner remains as fresh and dynamic as when it was first unleashed upon an unsuspecting world in 1967.
he music of The Prisoner is, in its own way, as much of a puzzle as the series itself.
No fewer than three opening title themes were commissioned, with the final choice subjected to extensive revision at the suggestion of Patrick McGoohan.
Original incidental cues for the series were composed by Albert Elms, Wilfred Josephs and Robert Farnon, with key episodes receiving their own score, whilst others were tracked using these same themes.
In addition, dozens more pieces were sourced from the Chappell Music library, many of them as distinctive and characterful as the specially-composed cues. Together, these musical items provided a unique, surreal and sometimes disorienting audio backdrop to Patrick McGoohan’s visionary series.
This release brings together all of the specially-composed music and library tracks in one collection for the first time, along with many alternate and unused takes.
Carefully compiled and remastered from the best available sources, this 6-CD set is accompanied by detailed notes from TV historian Andrew Pixley.

I certainly enjoyed the new release - even after collecting the other individual CDs . I was hoping, however, that we'd finally get all the remaining sound effects elements missing from past releases: Rover sound effects, the jingle that preceded the outdoor public announcements, etc.

Slip covers.
Needless combining of separate cues.
Annoying crossfading of cues, especially cutting off openings and closing of cues so you can't edit them apart.
Brickwalling.
The "Car test".
The Canadian Musician's Union's inability to play ball.
Super karate monkey death sets that include everything but the kitchen sink. Here's looking at you, one specific label.....
